First of all, I am so glad that Mr. Obama is just on the corner to be a next president of USA, even thouth I am Korean and live in South Korea. I admire Mr. Obama as a politician who trys to make better world for both majors and minors in the US and him, as a good social mover.
 
As one of millions donators for Barac, I would like to inform you serious situation happening here in Korea. We, Korean people have new president just three month ago, and then riot police beat and arrest hundreds of people who protest some government policies in peaceful way. Main issu is the beef import from the US, which has been made an agreement in the way that most Korean people do not want at one night.
Current situation is just like 20 years ago when military dictatorship has dominated this country and killed so many people. The police is even arresting teenagers who are joining a group of crowd marching the street with only pickets. However, major newspapers and media do not mention about that. The President Lee only orders the police to obstruct picketing and to arrest people, and even represses a freedom of speech. Unfortunately, he never listens to citizen's voice and he is guiding this country wrong direction and even international relationship because he is so stubborn.  It is a real urgent matter to us and nightmare.
